I normally recommend listening 2 or 3 times a week. As you notice the changes to your thoughts, feelings and behaviours you will find that you’ll need it less. Should you find that you are falling back into old patterns again then you can go back to the recording and re-inforce the information.

As we progress with sessions, we’ll often send you another MP3 and update to what the latest needs and changes are for you.
